We will start at Galway and finish at Listowel for this years summer competition.
1. Each competitor has 2 points to use every day there is an Irish racing meeting. The bet is either 2pts win or 1 pt e/w. If not specified the bet will be assumed to be 2pts win.
2. We'll use SP
3. No lays, place only, betfair prices, doubles, trebles etc
4. If there are two or more Irish meetings on that day there is still only one bet.
5. Each competitor has three 5 point bets to use during the competition. (5pt win or 2.5pt e/w)
One 5pt bet to be used during Galway week
One 5pt bet to be used during Listowel week
One 5pt bet to be used at anytime between Monday 6th Aug-Sunday 16th September.
If somebody selects a 5 point bet, this horse may not be used as a 5 point bet by anyone else that day.
6. Bets are on Irish horse racing only.
7.Competitors may nominate in advance a "competition holiday" which must be taken in chunks of at least a week (seems fair enough- winning tippers will make pts than holidays makers might lose )
8. Not posting unless stated on holiday will be the equivalent of a -1 score for that day. Anyone not posting for more than seven consecutive racing days will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition unless they have nominated a competition holiday.
9 Returns will NOT include your stake
10. Entrants will be accepted up to Sunday 5th August. Late entrants will be deducted -1 for each day missed
11. Competition Starts Monday 30th July and ends on Sunday 23rd September.
12.All are welcome to enter.
