A few to lay tonight.

Race 1) Chamonix 2.76 Joseph takes the lead in the Jockeys Championship. Sad
Race 2) Beach Of Falesa 1.82 44k matched on this early doors. Aidan doing his bit for young Joseph to win the championship.

Race 3) July Revolution 4.3 A fair price in a competitive race.

Race 4) Burn And Turn 2.85 Geraghty stepping in for Robbie Power who is on eventing duty at Hickstead this week.

Race 5) Dunroe Boy 3.2 Two hard races at Bellewstown might hinder this one's chances.

Race 6) Zaralabad 4.9 This one is better on the level.

Race 7) Magic Spear 1.73 Laid at 2.3 but a big reduction factor comes out at 1.73 Now Even money on here.

Quick mention for Alan Potts. A gent of the highest order and a great supporter of the game. Deserves all the luck and hopefully Go all the way will say sound.

Are you being sarcastic ruby?

I would have said that he is a very successful and wealthy man but a complete cretin.

No way Bassanio.

I could care less if he is rich, he is a massive supporter of the game like Rich Ricci and don't come from our shores.

I do see how you can call him a cretin, on what basis. Bit harsh no?

His interviews show it.

His comments about how insignificant the champion chase wins show it.

His disgusting behaviour in the Cheltenham ring, when he treated Andy Mac like dirt and behaved like a spoilt child when Katchit won the champion hurdle, show it.

The list continues.....

His treatment of Twistion Davies, Hobbs and Hendersen hardly show him in a positive light either.

Money brings you many things including success. It certainly does not bring you class.

How many trainers go all the way has had shows it...

Bassanio fair enough but I have not a bad word to say about him but as you say you have much more closer expierence with the man at racecourses than i do.

I just applaud any man who pores cash in Irish NH tbh. Unless I see something that i dont like then fair enough but personally I have never seen it.

I think he had 3 before he ran anyway yourlack.

Didn't he leave England because of the Prize Money but also because the trainers did not get any return on investment. Some of them could barely win a maiden hurdle and cost the same as a Galileo yearling in the purple at Newmarket

Just because they cost a fortune does not guarantee anything, especially when they are bought by Potts who wants to be the big shot in the ring and outbid everyone. He can well afford to do so.

None of them have done anything since they came back to Ireland and are simply no good. Sending them to Jim Dreaper was hardly going to turn them inside out though.

Well that is very true with Dreaper but never the less delighted he is pouring cash into the game.

3.55 Thomas Edison, seems like a fine prospect.
4.55 Saint Gervais, big weight but seems to be on the up on Andy Mac gets on well with him.
