I know I'm wasting my time commenting on this but its the system is rotten to the core. The "system" is the all-pervasive faultline in today's society and its why the political, sporting, public and civil service and any other organisation coming under the shadow of government will never change. It takes utter devastation before the status quo changes (e.g. the Church) but nothing will be done for the sake of it regardless of private views.
Once you get to a certain level you are untouchable and unimpeachable. You rely on a coterie of well-positioned colleagues, backers, politicans and probably friends who will support you to the hilt and you, in return, give the blazers the time of their lives. And where's the surprise that every single politician becomes a spineless coward once they hit high office and back-benchers live under the constant threat of the whip once they pop their heads over the parapet as Labour's poodles recently discovered. Even Dunphy no longer highlights these scandals. |

A big snout in a big bucket. The licence fee should be taken away from RTE until they get their house in order. We keep hearing that some of these wonderful people will leave and go somewhere else. I ask whereto.

Believe it or not Delaney and Dunphy are great buddies which might come as a surprise too many but they are very close hence you never here any bad feedback from Dunphy regarding the great man
Anyone involved in football in Ireland would not have been surprised by the video currently doing the rounds on Youtube |
