Kevin Reilly is a huge loss.......the full back line will be pebble dashed and will give away loads of frees.........John Doyle to score heavy imo.

Sounds great.........The loss of Kevin Reilly is massive.....the lads there now will not be able to compete with Tomas O'Connor......he will lay the ball off for the scorers.

Ye thats where McGeeney will aim to exploit, OConnor is arguably the best ball winner in the game, Menton is up to it and would be well able for OC physically. Big occasion for himself, 4 of our 6 defenders are 21 or 22 hope all goes well.
If we are to win Big Joe and Cian Ward will have to be on their game, Joe has been useless this year in my opinion. Need all forwards all guns blazing, too inconsistent. Wont be surprised if Byrne starts instead of Forde. |

He was a revelation against Carlow gant. Maybe he is the ideal impact Sub. Came off the bench and scored 2 goals thought that would earn him a starting place on the team.
Our own Jody Devine was a nightmare for Kildare when he was sprung from the bench maybe Peadar can do the same! |

Are all the Meath boys on here from Navan ? I dont think the forwards will get enough ball and I'd say joe will play fairly bad today. But hopefully Bray will come on

At this point in time i would like to wish Kildare all the best against Meath. I always liked racing in Kildare and that's the only reason i'm going for them. C'mon Kildare Ireland is behind you.

We had 3 games under our belt (ok 2 competitive ones) whereas Kildare only had one in which they won in a canter. Championship game time certainly stood to us. |
