Probably serve about 3 years after remission and suspended sentence.I can't believe Sean Quinn and his son/nephew didn't receive a sentence-an absolute disgrace imo.It will encourage others to act similar,this country's legal system is bizarre.

Harsh sentences to easy targets like Fred Foresy and that man with the fraudulent vat rate.Corporate law needs a complete overhaul but our incompetent politicians sit on their hands(and expenses and pensions)
