What kind of a ride was that on Smoking Aces? Unbelievable non-jig. Fair enough the horse needs to be dropped out, but surely not that far given they didn't go that fast and the ground has dried out a lot. Gave the outside to nobody down the back, switched to the inside turning out of the back, tapped for toe turning in, then switched to the stand side in the straight and back up the inside rail approaching the last.

Horse is a hound of d highest order.
Walsh is a very poor jockey who floors a lot of horses but did nothing wrong there. The trainer must be up there with Rothwell as d worst trainer in Ireland. Lord only knows how he trained a gold cup winner.

Agree about Taaffe and I can understand trying to get SA running past horses but it doesn't explain the constant switching.
Taaffe is a good trainer,just on a bad run for the last 6 years.Anybody can get a virus,anyway he seems to be excelling as a golfer nowadays.The K club is where Tom is at his best,hes particularly adept with his 6 iron.Anybody that wants to can get a look at it if they really like.
Taaffe is awful.Why the hays gave him Distant Memories i'll never know.
