Please don't comment on this thread Slickster, i want to get some proper information that will help us get to our first GP. We're on vacation for the month of June and would love to take this sporting occassion in and i don't need jealous remarks from the likes of you, BWS, Wildclown or fony fenton unless you actually can help out. I will be PMing my questions to anyone that can help as well as to starve you pack buffoons of a lack of amo you can use. This is my own reply to anyone that is looking to annoy.

SOF he wheels this this old chestnut out on everyone of my threads since i went to Sandown, i actually have pics up of my trip to Sandown for the tingle creek on my profile. But he gets a kick out of calling me a liar, him and Wildclown are just simple fools who know nothing about betting.

I went to the Australian Grand Prix a few years ago, 42'c in March. We caught the qualifying session and the race.

The noise in incredible at the start and it's an amazing spectacle for the first couple of laps after that it's pretty **** I thought.

If you could catch the football in Poland instead I would do that to be honest.

Shaneboy ye should really get on as ye have much in common, can`t disagree with your post although he does have some computer skills, this should enable him to look up the film Grand Prix. This was made in the mid sixties and is a brilliant film and would give you the feel of a Grand Prix,it starred Eva Marie Saint and Jim Rockford[the actor that played him in the Rockford files].A host of real racing drivers appeared in the film including the great Juan Manuel Fangio so worth a watch for that alone.
One final word of caution when you are spoofing your Asian clients about your trips to the Grand Prix remember the film is from the sixties so none of the drivers are current.

Thanks Squigs for your answer, would just like to see one race.

Shane betting wise i am pretty clueless at horse racing, i always hold my hands up in that regard as for regards my pics do you think you'd be so lucky to get 2 pics on the internet of the same race taken from the same location? If you do you're clearly dumber that i thought. Wildman not a Charlie Chaplan fan nor interested in watching this silent movies you speak of from your day. You 2 guys have never been outside the country so why come on here and ruin my thread, jealousy of a successful fellow forumite is the only thing i can think of.
Report wildmanfromborneo May 2, 2012 10:01 AM BST
You looked for advice,i gave you some now here is some more, its Charlie Chaplin not Chaplan and silent movies were finished by the early thirties.Even for you that is some going spelt a major name wrong and 35 years out with regards silent films.

.....More lies from Retardfingers..trying to big himself up and make out he is successful..you are a liar..i know it..wilman knows it..everybody on here knows it.....You think it's funny or it gives you some sort of satisfaction  to tell all these lies and hope that somebody believes it and thinks you are a successful bigshot with all these associates.....You are a deluded LOSER.....

Am a big fan of F1.  Went to the Montreal GP once.  Had very good 'access all areas' type tickets.

Have to say I wouldn't bother going to another GP.  Yes, you get to realise just how much noise these cars generate and also just how quickly they can decelerate.  Also the smell from the track is quite distinctive.

So, perhaps worth going to one for the smell/noise/appreciation of speed/braking.  But far better viewing on tv.
Report Rocketfingers May 2, 2012 12:36 PM BST
Thanks Ozymadius, i must say i am having second thoughts with Squigs and your feedback.

As For Wildman i asked you not to comment on this thread must people would take that as a clear hint not to come on here but you're to ignorant to get that through your thick head and can't help yourself stalking me. You and your sidekick Shane come across as two people that were never outside the country.

.....Sad deluded liar posts 2 pictures he found on the internet from Sandown and a picture he found of a trading room to try and make us all believe he is a top pro punter...Laugh...you can't make it up.....

.....I have been out of Ireland many times thanks to the UK, Tenerife, Cyprus, Croatia and the US thanks..i'd hazard a guess and say i've been out of the country more than you but then we all know your are going to come out with a load of lies now about how you jet around everywhere in your little FANTASY WORLD.....
Report bukowsk1 May 4, 2012 11:47 AM BST
i like the F1.
and yes you need to visit at least one GP!
the handiest European races would be Barcelona , book a cheapo package for loret de mar on teletext and thats your flights and accommodation sorted.
then see if you can get cheap tickets and hire a car/bus and away you go.
i missed my flights to singapore last year but it was deadly cheap to go there too , air asia flies out there , hotels were for nothing and you could get the cheap tickets on the grass in the monsoons.
next on my list is India, that would be an experience.
