Lots of quality on show.
Completely non betting race but what has Henderson up to with one of his Magnier horses for the bumper entered up. Hmm |

Pat Hughes wins the gigginstown bumper ruby with Teelan Star,(wont be sold) and in Mallow Monday this Byerley Babe is in a mares pt2pt and will go klose, also I thought Past Andover in the first at Musselburgh will win unless there's some real strong fancy for one of the others but I thought this fella ran really nice in the Brockelsby and now has the bit of experience.........
By:
Hendersen does this every year although mainly at Punchestown.
By:
Yes but has he got any other entries for Fairyhouse other than that one?
Look at the amount of Potts Horses entered over those couple of bumper. Must be at least 6 all unraced |
By:
After 2days Pat Hughes article on the Post Teelan Star is goin to be very short, and hard to beat having won 2 schooling bumpers, the big surprise is that he's for sale!!!!! probably hoping to rope in someone like Mr.JP/or Mr. Wiley

im told mullins magnier horse is nice..lots of people know about teelin,..hendersons..snake eyes is highly regarded..i keep coming back to the mullins horse..if it runs and has a good jock up i,ll back it..but dont forget don cossack..could run..i think the tues race with the big prize money will attract the big names..as ive said if city slickers runs i,ll be on..but i think it,ll be hendersons that runs on the tuesday..carnt see them running 2..on monday,,sword of honour will be popular..

By:
teelin star wont be sold for the price offered fter the race by giggi house,i think you will find he wont be moving far, just up the road to mr mullins under the ownership of mr and mrs wylie
By:
There wont be an automatic offer for Teelin Star by Gigginstown if he wins. 6yo
By:
It would be nice to see pat Hughes with a good horse again
By:
The horse has beaten nothing no matter how far he did it by.
The money they are looking for him is laughable. |
By:
I see JJ o'Neill has a horse in the big money bumper on Tuesday, anyone know what that has done may have been a ptp horse, did it win a bumper ? Its a new day
By:
agree with you bassanio, the prices being quoted are crazy for a 6 yo,the only thing i would say he won both his p2p at ease, and couldnt have been anymore impressive. the ground at killworth was very heavy and he glided through it ,how effective he will be on good ground is hard to say ,also he surley will not be allowed to trail blaze unchallenfed if he runs at f/house

Poor enough entries for Teelin Star race now tbh.
Only the Giggy pair will give him a shout. Don Cossack runs against Sword of Honour. Cracking race that one! |
By:
i have to be with the gigginstown horse tomorrow..although sword could be anything ..could be a cracker?
By:
you are way out, gigginstown have a very ordinary(at best) crop of pointers and their entry will make no impact on the race, you can place lay them. in 24 hours we will find out a little more about teelin star, he may be a point and steer job. i rate harveys purchase very highly and although a real 3 mile chaser, along with teelin star would be the duo you would be happiest owning advancing as graded chasing prospects.
By:
Teelan Star having won 2 schooling bumpers will go off very short, and will be very hard to oppose, going to be odds on though..........
By:
5/4 this evening with only firm betting.
By:
Gary O"Brien said it was raining when he was finishing up 2day, and that only adds to Teelan Star's chance as he did win on heavy ground so plenty rain will be a plus....
By:
im more sweet on don cossack now the rain has come..i tried to get on teelin last night @6/4 with pp..but it was gone by the time i got round to it..so at odds on now i may back barry connoll horse e/w?
By:
Hard to credit Teelin Star starts odds on on potential only and Don Cossack with his proven breathtaking form started odds against.
By:
yeah teelin star very disappointing. still.....might be one of the greatest chasers ever!
