If you acted like that on the street, you would be arrested. How long would you last in that condition in Croke Park on a match day? Or at the Aviva? Or at the Point? But do it at an Irish racecourse and it called "atmosphere"! The racing game is f*****. Horses are now only a side show.

I don't disagree, the racing is seen as mandatory for a piss up.
