3 bets for me African Story 2.10 impressed me massively lto Opinion Poll 2.45 - should strip much fitter from a very pleasing seasonal reappearence and turn the form around Ambitious Dragon 5.25 - wat way the hong kong form will measure up against these i dont know but he was unbelievably impressive in winnin his last 2 Group 1s |

bet of the day for me is opinion poll esp with bill hill via mobile(money back if 2nd up to 50)
very difficult to see him out of the top 2. will strip fitter today and 2m sure to suit better. right decision by frankie imo elsewhere await the dawn small bet 12/1 |
|

I think Capponi, if he keeps up the same level of improvement, will run well in the world cup.
|
|
By:
Only one bet pour moi.
6.40 Royal Delta e-w. On at 12s but still plenty of 10-1 available. Good luck lads. |
|

Hopefully a good day for Ballydoyle!!!!
Wrote is very interesting, wondering how good he can be! |
|
By:
aye it was a tough call between opinion poll but just went with the other one because he'll be more prominent and these can be messy races, he was a bigger price too for an easy win over OP and although OP will no doubt come on and he does have a standout form against F&G last yr, fox hunt might get first run.
yep id love to see syt win the world cup tbh, well 2nd to monterosso but thats more speculative ![]() gl fellas! |
|
By:
yeah wrote was one id like to be taking on today purely on the draw, fto and alien surface not to mention travel, could be the best easily but didnt think it should be fav myself, many horses are over priced in that race!

Sick. Backed it first time out. Feel cheated! ![]() As for So You Think. Either O'Briens made a dogs dinner of training it, or it wasn't as good as he claimed to begin with? Take your pick! |
|
By:
cheers lads.
its unfortunate for syt, hes a better horse than that. joesph lacks experience on the track. up the inside? its a big handicap, u have to come down the outside, look at all the great riders there, soumi, mikael, frankie.... |
|
By:
handicap as in disadvantage
![]() may aswell be a big handicap tho ![]() i love dubai but these meets aswell as the breeders just lack the prestiege of our racing imo. |
|
By:

In the re-run of the Gold Cup last night there were another 2 fatalities to add to the earlier one of Fox Hunt.
Bronze Cannon was put down after suffering a leg injury and Grand Vent shattered a right hind pastern. I find it very distasteful that the race was re-run at all. Some people might say it's all well talking with hindsight but in this case money overtook common sense in my opinion. Can you imagine the furore if this had happened at Cheltenham ? |
|
By:
cheers newman, yeah hes gonna pay the price someday and it might cost him his job!
delighted they paid ya tom good stuff! i agree monte, never shouldve been re run! really sad for connections! |
|
By:

|
By:
none wouldve won had u seen it virgin, this is how it works
![]() disappointed with happy dubai but there were too many on the pace, i shouldve know that anyway. he was also on the rail, no chance on the inside, need to use the sling shot effect down the outside. we'll struggle on eh! |
