Marnane is pretty well connected and knows the Dubai scene where the cash is if you've a good 100 plus or even 90 rated horse. Think he will go well in the next few years

Pat Flynn. Very good dual purpose trainer imo

aidan o brien is a good small to medi flat trainer. think he is about 5foot 8

kind of agree with that, ive always liked aidan personally and generally found his horses ran on merit. he seems a shy kind of a fellow who often doesnt quite fit in with the cliques of the horse racing world, i guess u dont need to 'fit in' when youre the trainer at ballydoyle. perhaps he has an inferiorty complex? hes a fine trainer and deserves his success but one cant help notice that ballydoyle isnt as 'straight' as it once had been. horses drifting and ridden accordingly. joesph on taigen in the 2nd race @ leop today worthy of note. i wonder would it have been the same if the great vincent was still running the show!

anyway, just spouting my usual nonsense, getting tired, night all!

the breeding angle regarding flat racing has become v tiresome also. the generic jargon 'lovely mover', 'handles all types of ground', 'all class', i wish they would just race the bloomin horses and stop trying to pretend they are something they are clearly not. i suppose its a business now eh.

I think when a punter can finally understand that racing is a job and pays the bills for some people.....trainers, jockeys, stable staff, vets etc it gets easier to understand.
The punter hopping from the pub to the bookies will always find an angle to blame others........a day is a long time in the life of an animal.

i was involved in a horse with pat flynn.a genuine sound man.

Always felt sorry for Charles,his father is obviously a hard act to follow but his brother David also cast's a fairly daunting shadow.

as kavvie and tascro said pat flynn can get them ready and can pick the right races. i have great admiration for the man, amongst others.

i also think tracey collins will improve if she gets the right animals. she works with great people who can judge and vet a horse.

Wow buses,you done you're dough on taigen and like the typical mug punter that are a fixture in the bookmakers now a days you blame everything/everyone but yourself,if you think aob gives two hoots about punters then you should the game up,his horses are his priority,not some half a brain who's done his 2 quid each way on a ballydoyle inmate

i like HIT THE JACKPOT at  10/1 in the 5.25.

i think the horse has improved from race to race and im not sure the fav deserves to be odds on.

weld is in form and pat will try  to make all from a good draw i reckon so ill have a few quid on him.  i also like prendergasts in the second race, thought he'd be clear fav tbh so might play him AZAMATA.
