Race 1) Sadler's Risk. Philip Hobbs has been very sweet on this. He made it his banker of the meeting.

Race 2) No selection. Total lottery to me.

Race 3) Boston Bob. Willie has been very sweet on this. He made it his banker of the meeting.

Race 4) Long Run. Been there done that. Trip suits. Kauto Star at 12 and with that fall couldn't be backed at less than 5/1

Race 5) Salsify. Derek O'Connor has been very sweet on this one. Won in a hack canter at the Leop recently.

Race 6) Street Entertainer. I know the Pipe's have one laid out for this. At 8/1 one would imagine this is the one.

Race 7) French Opera. As consistent as there is and with the stable on fire maybe Nicky could win the race named after his old man.

I haven't seen the card yet, a good write up soapp, Boston Bob will make or break the Irish at Cheltenham, and will go off short 11/8, I'd say, and has huge chance. If Willie is right when he says he's the best novice he ever sent over well he should be so very hard to beat if all goes clean in the race, i.e no mistakes no hard luck and no too far out the back even if it is 3ml.Is it just 4winners so far for the Irish ? I thought maybe 7, hardly make that, and BJG has more winners than the Irish horses, wont be backing Kauto and will find it hard to back the dentist, looking for a big outsider to come in for me from somewhereExcited

have €2 on artic reach in the triumph @ 200-500/1Cool stable love this horse and he had to run on AW when the ground was frozen although it does not suit him in his prep.

Thanks newman, will look at him...... Felix Yonger was 2nd to Simonsig yesterday and Ruby and the trainer know where they stand with Bob 4tomorrow, Wylie is giving him huge chance so he is going to be very strong in the market and will mean the difference to many whether they win or lose for the festival.......and again anything could win the Triumph which is now very diluted due to the 4days,cant believe NH was quoted as saying he would love a 5th day Grin of course more big prizemoney and opposition further diluted.... and Philip Hobbs was spot on as he has been quoted as saying Hurricane Fly is a Montjeu and they will always leave you down once......Hobbsy is a good stable for a stroke and Snaptie in the County is worth a 2nd look tomorrow.......Finally imho bar a couple of the top Championship races most of the other races could be run in Galway or Listowel and God nor man could hardly pick the winner, Ruby even said for one of these races today to forget it and go make yourself a cup of TeaLaugh

Taking it easy enough today, well ahead (thank god) so will not be giving it all back Laugh

1.25 - Absolutely no idea

2.05 - Raya Star @ 14/1 + Alderwood @ 50 (Raya Star was only a SH behind Get Me Out Of Here at Newbury last time giving him 2lbs when you take the jockeys claim into account, must give him a massive chance. Alderwood should love the better ground and if over whatever was wrong the last time can run a huge race in my opinion.)

2.40 - Mount Benbulben @ 7/1 (e/w) + Sea Of Thunder @ 9/1 (e/w) (I want to take on Boston Bob and think this is the safest way of doing so)

3.20 - Maybe Burton Port or Synchronised or Quel Esprit (I'm confusing myself going through the race, leave alone)

4.00 - Cloudy Lane + My Flora

4.40 - Oscar Nominee @ 14/1 (nb) (The form of it's 3rd to Cinders And Ashes earlier in the season must rate of one of the best pieces of form in the race, think he is a huge price.

5.15 - Kid Cassidy @ 15/2 (nap) (I think he is potentially chucked in here) (Tip going around here for Lucky William so had a few €€€ saver on him)

good luck

Thought Ruby was far enough back on Boston Bob,bit like the Hurrican Fly ride, had to use up everything to make up the ground.

Shocker from Ruby, way too far back he's killed Boston Bob what a hard race he's given it,gave the leader a huge lead and closed right up, but Boston had given his all........... worst ride of the meeting................all the commentary boys afraid to critisize, all afraid of TED

Ruby looked like he knew he messed up crossing the line, his head was hung,I'd say in time Ruby will hold his hands up on that ride.

Good tipping there from Barney.

Delighted for McManus.

If it weren't for him an awful lot of stable staff would be on the scrap heap.

Great for McCoy to do it in his 38th or 39th year.

Ditto for Carberry.

Henderson 1 2 and 4 in his own race and I pick his unplaced horse!!
