17:50 Forbidden city should go well from the front downed another f but has some competition for the lead from Ridgid Rock and Bank on Black so maybe someone from off the pace. For me perhaps Caileen Ceolteach who's being going well and is unexposed over 6 with good claimer Hoban aboard
18:20 laying Roman General here for sure.. has had plenty of chances and looks quirky and vulnerable
18:50 Elwazeer seems a fair price in view of his good recent ..also he's only 4 and lightly raced.. Hopefully Joe Eile will be backed again in which case he's a lay for me as he always travels strongly and never wins.
19:20 Mutasarab's run must be coming to an end soon but still 4/6 at dalk and his last run looks like strong form just caught by the in form Tribes and Banner.
19:50 Indian Arch put up a gutsy display last week seperating a few 68 rated horses and with any improvement at all should be thereabouts at the finish over 12/1 on bf at the moment looks good value
20:20 Chebona Bula ran respectably in a rated race last week amd should be thereabouts back in a hdp
20:50 Hope for a gamble on Word for Word and then lay him otherwise Cave Artist
21:15 Solid Air ran a blinder last week in a rated race and may go one better tonight. Hes also a bit fresher than most of these and from the right stable. Da nick of time plenty short for one tackling 11f for the first time imo.

9.15 Think Lily Star is a very big price at 12/1+ew - was the biggest eyecatcher of the last 2 weeks for me under very tender handling lto wne finishing 5th and form has got a decent boost with the 3rd winning the 5.50 there

Distant View, you asked last week why I lay them if I say it's a fair price. I lay all the jollys, as it means I have to check the results later that evening. Otherwise I would be out of touch as I probably wouldn't even look at the results. Race 1) Rigid Rock 6 Race 2) Roman General 2.12 Solid form Race 3) Akasaka 7.4 Out to 10.5 now. Must have three legs! Race 4) Spin Of A Coin 4.9 Out to 7.6 now Yippee. Race 5) Discovery Bay 2.5 Well backed into 2.22 now. Race 6) First Friday 5.4 Trained by shrewd doggy man Paul Hennessy. Race 7) Horsewithnoname 4.9 Another drifter, now 5.9 Race 8) Aragon Icon 5.8 Now 4.2. Didn't want to lay my competition pick Danick Of Time who was 3.75 but is now 5.4 Could be costly. Glad to see Tom hasn't selected many of these. |
