Where does this go? Local council. Right a little rant, got a parking fine today, left my car in town last night at 5 but unluckily i picked up a 40 euro fine, fair enough my own fault. What sickens me is when you go around the town people have their fooking cars dumped wherever they want with flashing lights on and no doubt they get away with it. Now where it goes down hill, i got my new tax disc Friday and never put it on my car. 60 euro, 60 fooking euro, absolute cn uts of the highest order, if i show proof of time of purchase can i appeal this. One hundred euro just seems insane. Modern day vermin.

Go to court if you have to.  I have, due to a parking permit that I had paid for but not recieved.  The warden was in court with the 7 tickets he had given me, I told the judge "where else am I supposed to park my car? I park outside my house" The poor warden was mumbling to the judge as he has a bit of a nervous disposition.  The judge slammed on the desk and told him to stop muttering and go back to work.  No probsLaugh

Most of the money collected by local authorities  goes towards building Free houses for members of the rapidly expanding Traveller Community....whereas the Tax you pay out of your wages goes towards Travellers social welfare...simple really..!!

I think all parking fines should go to horse racing Ireland HRI, Brian needs a bonus, incompetence is part of your cv, and to become senior steward you once had to have horses in training with the untouchable, none other than my horses munch contaminated feed Mullins.

Only in Ireland can you have a senior steward that is tied to an apron of a top trainer?
