What a great season - full of promise of great things to come ....nature awakens ...daffodils , frolicking lambs ,that unmistakeable tang in the air ...sharp and pure -
skittish 2-y-o edging on to the gallops , Cheltenham heavies warming up , the Grand National , Guineas trials ,
the Masters .
Yes , great to be alive . Pity those regions of the world who have no spring to look forward to , no quickening of the pulse , no sense of freshness and renewal.
