Man City and M Utd in the FA CUP final.

You'll get good odds for that.

But, yeah, many things to be excited about in 2012.

Aswell as the above, King Kauto of Ditcheat v. Long Run the V11 (Barrows) in the King George ;) *Weather.

Meath v. Kildare - All Ireland final 2011, we'll piss over them new jerseys ye have! (Bed sheets).

I'm sure the Euro's will bring out some 'mouth watering' clashes, one I'm looking forward to Ireland v Italy for obvious reasons.

Connacht SFC: London v Leitrim

Meath JFC: Hope to god St. Brigids and Moylagh are drawn against each other likewise Drumconrath and Meath Hill, by god I would pay a ransom to see these games

Massive year ahead for us fanatics!

Rory v Tiger is defo the most anticipated match of 2012. Fancy Tiger to rule the world again after what he did on holes 71 & 72 yesterday.
I think the Bobs Worth v Grands Crus match head to head will be better than anything we'll see in the Arkle (Peddlers will destroy everything imo) alto we might get to see the first head to head in the Feltham on Dec 26.
Really looking forward to Kildare v Dublin (Leinster final hopefully) rather than Kildare v Meath (2012 could finally be the Lilies year!).

Great year in prospect alright Happy

Yea kavvie they have been a victim of injustice over the years! It would be great to see them claim silverware but the All Ireland.. we'd never hear the end of it!

I'd fancy them to make the final again, extremely unlucky at the end of the Leinster SFC semi final this year and then once again v. Donegal they were out of luck. People forget they had some big players on the injury list over the season, get them back along with some new talent eg. Athy, they will be knocking on Sams door again.

Lets be real, as much as it pains me to say, Meath are gone for a while, we simply dont have the stuff, a finished outfit for a few years until we get a good crop. I've been seeing and hearing all these massive minor prospects and then when it comes to the real thing they dont show up. Although we do have a very strong U21 panel for 2012 but a kick of the ball and your out of it!

As long as Cavan are below us it cant be too bad! Keep them hilly billys down!!

Could add The Cats vs Tipp , Kerry vs The Dubs

Plus there is the Olympics , although I think Cameron has lost the plot in spending an extra 40 million on the Opening Ceremony .  Anyone really remember the last one ?

Kavvie you have plenty to look forward to in the hurling, ye were very unlucky last year against Dublin in a Leinster QF, in my opinion you were the better team that day. Then you were robbed against Cork in the qualifiers. I would fancy ye to beat Wexford in the provincial Q/F's next year, if you win that you more than likely play Galway, Offaly would beat the Tribes quicker than Kilkenny! Very good chance to make a Leinster final. Offaly hurling is traditionally very strong, the confidence will be sky high aswell with Coolderry winning Leinster club too.

The footballers seem to be in all over the shop, a bit like what going on in Meath. Gerry Cooney is a good footballing man, and if he can get it right they could suprise a few.

wexford are poor but offaly will struggle to beat them in wexford park

Ye they will be hard beat at home, its not an easy place to go to but I would fancy Offaly. Look its a long way away!

and the pick of the two would be hockeyed before Leinster is finished.
