Did not see any of that .  However , living beyond your means --a man on a galloping horse knew that .  Maybe those living in the middle of the Celtic Tiger were blissfully unaware , those of us with a more detached view were preaching this for years . In the old days , Northerners bought locally when spending time in the South , latterly they brought everything with them down to toilet rolls .  Over heated economy , ours too , but not as bad .  Not sure where the fallout will leave us all .  Worst might not have been seen yet .

But hey in the good days  , if you called a plumber out and happily parted with 200 euros to fix a leak , you just added a bit of cost to whatever services you provided yourself  , or asked your employer for more or you would move on . Broad board . Chickens to roost now , no pleasure in that for any of us , and politically a hard nut to crack .  FF just gave up .
