I watched that one as well; loved his wave to the crowd a few yards from the line.
The following year was the first of Kauto's two triumphs. SE is a joke of a price tomorrow; wouldn't be surprised to see one of the main books offer a special about him over & above the exchange price. |

I take it your double at 11.0 is unaffected by any deduction iro of Tatanio's withdrawal?
You can always trade out for the QMCC if he does do the business tomorrow in any event! I just think the owners have messed the 'orse around too much re: distance this season; he had a very hard race at DR the last day; and is now being asked to tackle a shorter spin on a quicker, galloping track [vs. DR's undulations]. |
