Douze Points for the same connections too. A 90 horse at his best not so long ago. Down to 75 now but the mile over the Southwell surface won't suit. Will be watching him when dropped back to 7f at either Wolves or Kempton especially if running the same day as Mac Tiernan.

Could tomorrow be the day? 4.00 Wolverhampton Douze Points and 5.00 Wolverhampton Mac Tiernan. Fancy the latter more of the pair, good draw and could make all. Not sure if trip bit far for the other one. Any thoughts?

Would be fairly audacious to strike with them tomoro considering how poor Douze Points ran last time. Didn't go a yard at all during the race. Could be a gone horse. Would be more interested in Mac Tiernan myself too.

Douze Points has been knocked in from 25's to 14's while Mac Tiernan has shortened significantly across the boards (Boyles have gone from 40's into 8's Grin)

Doubt Boyles took more than €2.50 e/w to cut that price! A couple of non runners in the race too. Maybe I'm just being cynical but interesting the ones taken out were drawn 1 and 2....Mac's to bag the rail from stall 4 and make all?

He would hammer these on his 8f form at Dundalk, problem is it's 7f 32y and he was poor over 7f at Kempton...Cry

What are your thoughts lads? Were either or both off today? To my mind they weren't too busy despite the money. Not saying they are good enough to win anyway but Douze travelled well to a point and probably needs 6f, 7f at most, while Macs broke well but wasn't pushed into the lead and wasn't knocked about. Hard to know what to make of them now.
