3.20 - Ten Fires @ 7/1 (Ground fine, stays further but on this ground i think the trip should be fine, if back to his best should go close)
Not at Punchestown but has an Irish theme, like the chances of Eyre Square at Haydock going back over fences today after winning a 3m hurdle at Hexham last time. |
By:
I suppose that's out key to take the 7/1 Beef To The Heels?

Agree with you Dinglemick regarding Cardin lto surely won,t keep him so far off the pace today.
Make a track 3.55 Thought he ran a bit green at towester, pricked his ears coming up the hill, won admittedly poorish bumper in good style and looked to have a bit of improvement in him.Won other bumper in soft at Sandown which ought to say he,ll handle conditions. Irish Soul 5.00 Looks a free ew bet, opposition looks fairly mediocre. Cracking bumper, really liked the manner of Supreme Carolina,s win at Listowel, however burn and turn and misunited to a lesser extend were also impressive.Race to watch. good luck today. |

2.15 Days Hotel E/W
2.45 Stonemaster 3.55 Reizovic Depending on the above might back Cairdin. |
By:
Beef To The Heels will need a real stamina test to be seen at his best, made mistakes late on at Cloyne but was still running on strongly at the finish and have to say he won easily in the end. Presume he's been injured since but 3m+ over fences will be his forte IMO.

By:
I do like the fav in the first, but Dinglemick has tempered my enthusiasm, prob leave well alone, as the ground will probably be desparate. Cardin in the hurdle only bet then.
By:
Tony Martin's horse in the first will not mind the heavy ground........connections don't see it as a problem.

By:
Gigginstown wtf was that shocking rides!
By:
there s a boilover !!!.... jasysus i thought there was no know way cross appeal and imperial shabra could keep going at that gallop ..... very disapointed with crash ..seemed to be spending a lot of time in the air at his fences
By:
wd punchestown with the first one.
Don,t seem to be much coming from off the pace in the opening 2 O. Brady in his interview this morning on atr got first place in,seemed very bullish on his 3.55 runner(know its O.B.) |
By:
I had a feeling this would happen.
Stonemaster is a dire jumper....he is so slow and ponderous. He needs to step up to 3 miles if they want to ride him like that or ride him from the front in a 2 mile race to quicken up his jumping. |
By:
ruby,it would have helped if Davy would have shook the reins when the other pair disappeared off into the distance 6f out.
By:
That was a ride,if they think he is slow, why not ride him bit closer to pace, fickin clueless!
By:
yh i not arguing. i think he gave up and then he realised they went hard which was obvious and started to come back to him.
Hopefully he wont do the same with Charlie's Swans Beast ![]() |
By:
Hope so Ruby, backed 2nd string in that just in case wont be 1st time.
By:
He waited way too long to get after the horse, looked brutal as the horses in front of him were legless,he made up about 15 lengths in the straight.
By:
Yes I completely agree....if he moved him up even 2 more lengths before the last 3 flights he would have won. His Jumping is sooo bad when the pace quickens its scary. I learned after he was beaten few weeks ago not to trust him. Glad i stuck to that
By:
Ruby I thought his jumping had improved a bit from last year and today was no worse that anything around him,I think Russell kocked up there by thinking he had them covered in front but over did it as opposed to anything ulterior.
Rides like that put people off the game. |
By:
I going to disagree about the jumping but Russell really did get the fractions wrong. No arguement
By:
Elliott horse getting backed now for Giggy
By:
sure is Ruby, been backed steadily since about 11 from 7/1 down
C'mon Beefy!! |

By:
