the one who interests me is fists of fury...16.50..i backed this fellow at punchestown hoping against hope he'd be asked a question first time up....sadly imo he wasn't..he's a little like roy rogers horse trigger..old timers will know what i mean....he jumped well in the main , and with that sharpener behind him i think he'll run a huge race tomorrow ..alpha ridge is without doubt the class act ..plus the added bonus of having ruby aboard ...i'm still yet to be convinced by him though ..so a small punt of fists of fury is my bet tomorrow ..good luck to all punters...

If you look at a lot of Paul Nolans decent winter horses workrider they all  seem to be needing the first run back  so that should give you confidence against Alpha Ridge   .....As usual with Byrnes and Russell best wait to see if it strong in the market beforehand ..........

I m  backing  Last Installment provided i don t see a big drift close to race time .......Winner of a point to point he ,  then slammed the opposition by 24 lengths when winning the PTP bumper at Fairyhouse on Heavy ... showed he goes well fresh when not appearing again until February this year winning his maiden hurdle on heavy following up then beating the decent Farrells Fancy at Limerick ....Yard won the feature race at Thurles on Thursday also .....

some very valid points dinglemick....i cant get my head around alpha , at one time i thought he was going to be top notch...last installment most certainly suited by the ground ....as you say which one of the gigginstown will drift ....?

Will be a late drift for sure - near enough each of two on here at the min.

With Last Instalment myself - impressed with the Fairyhouse run and think he'll thrive over fences.

I'm with Last Instalment though worried by the drift with a small bet on Glam Gerry who I think might run well at a price.

w@nkride this thread is a prime example of how much of a 24 carrot d1ck you really are..u start off by tipping fists of fury and hoping that it will be fancied today...the horse in question is backed from 2-1 to 6-4 on track ...great stuff...but not for our w@nky ..who then decides at 4.50 that its not his price...could you please explain to us what price you would of liked....because have no doubt if it went from 2-1 to 4-1 you would of come on saying that ur not backing it because its dead...so again seeing as you put the horse up what price would you have backed it at..you horrible cretin..

bobo...read the thread again son....a SMALL PUNT OF FISTS OF FURY ... SMALL PUNT..NOT A HUGE PUNT..SMALL MEANING , I'M NOT A 100% BEHIND THIS FELLOW .....the ground had turned to heavy ...he'd never won on that ....backed from from 2/1 to 6/4 obviously your money ....Laugh....instead of punting this fellow i more or less leave the race alone and decide to have a small bet on glam gerry ....now i'd call that been clever ....saved my money by not backing fists ..who by the way was beaten out of sight ..maybe you didn't notice ....Laugh..a little lesson for ye lads ..if your unsure about a horse dont punt it......no fee either for that slickster....Laugh..turning into your kind of weather i see ...the calling off of racing will boost your finances no doubt....Laugh

I can see perfect logic in what workrider did to be honest. He fancied a horse, waited to see did the money come to make sure it was off. When he was satasfied it was off,he decided to abandon the idea of backing it ,and looked to back a horse who was not off instead, hence the small bet on Glam Gerry.Clever chappie is auld wonky
