Have not read it , but did one a couple of weeks ago , 3 winners , paid less than  bookies SP . And the bookies would have paid out ( I hope) if one or more involved double result .

i did a £50 double with them about 2 months paid £2,980...books would only have paid £2,600...swings and roundabouts i suppose ...

Apparently if your bet involves short priced ones ( which mine were ) the deduction process ( on each winner on roll up basis ) makes my scenario possible .  Just puts you off a bit ,  maybe they should guarantee bookie SP at least ( with no deduction ) .
