Shirley Schmidt, an improver, ran her best race last time out.
Mid Mon Lady, NAP always runs well this time. Of the year.
Knockgratton Lad, a stone better off with the fav for a little over 3 lengths

E/W patent

Denny Crane should win the 9.00,this gelding has won three times round Dundalk and has the perfect draw. The Eddie Lynam stable has hit top form and last time out at Dundalk he was just having a look.
As an aside it is surely a sign of the times the amount of horses running in their trainers colours.

hard times for trainers wildman...many buying at the sales hoping to find owners ....sadly , you can be sure some of them will hit the wall soon....

I wonder is schemer Nash about to strike with Luisant?, or is the horse still a few pounds too high for his liking although 13lb lower than his last winning mark in a listed race.
This horse has some really good form on the Dundalk aw, schemer will win with it that there is no doubt, but the question is when?.

Not everyones favourite place and as you rightly said workrider tough card tonight .... need to recoup some of my Thurles losses ,i m picking the right place allright to be trying in Dundalk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i seemed to be the only one on the forum yesterday that couldn t back a winner in Thurles  SillySilly......
Anyway going to try get the ball rolling in the first with Homebrew each way 4/1 ....this fella was well punted the last night over 1m 2 f(  8 s to 11/2 )  in what i think was a a better race finishing second having looked a winner  ..... i think the drop down to a mile will suit tonight and he can get his head in front ......
Mid Mon Lady 3/1   is a frustrating type but just have a feeling its a little easier tonight and she ll get her head in front .... you d still have to back her each way even at 3 s ... if she gets beat it will probably be by less than a length !!!.....

We might have a bit of a tank then if our friend Mr C Byrnes unloads the wads at Wolverhampton .....Seems to be a few quid for Inanutshell but i think he s a bit of a boyo !!!...one that i think might "come alive " is MyStClair .....eyecatching the last day at the curragh on its first run for charles and has won on the all weather at dundalk before

If anybody fancies Denny Crane toninght based on his eye catching run lto, then you should also have a few bob on Home Secretary, who ran a similarly eye catching run in the same race.  Price relative to DC (16-1 v 11-4) does not fairly reflect its chance imo.

They were so late at Dundalk due to the continuing 25 gap between races experiment. Disaster.
