I may be proved wrong GTS but I've got the distinct impression both frontier and afraz will be better over further.
PH that first race looks hard, mainly because Navan doesn't tend to favour any particular draw, so its difficult to narrow the field down due to draw disadvantage. Jedward SHOULD have won last time out on the book, but didn't. That would be my worry. Winner could come from low, middle or high so good luck if you play!! |

2 maidens and 5 handicaps, not very appetising
Race 1) My Girl Anna 7/1 Nice to see Murdeach have a winner, he has had a thread on here in the past digging up the dirt. Race 2) Frontier 7/2 A toss up which O'Brien was going to win this. COD did the steering. Race 3) Antiquus 7/1 Drifters do win sometimes. I laid this at 4.9 ![]() Race 4) Tower Rock 5/1 A P trained non jolly of a maiden. Shock horror. This time Seamie does the steering. Race 5) Fred Fenster 9/10f The only race to attract the betfair money this money. 20 grand traded before lunch time. More than all the rest of the races combined. Race 6) Midnight Soprano 25/1 With Carroll, Curtis, Foley and young Joseph all being full professionals next season there should be some new blood coming to the fore. The two most exciting left both had winners today. Sid James and Marc Monaghan. Harrison's Cave 9/4f Aidan has rotated his jocks real well this year and this was exemplified today with Joseph being the third jockey to do the steering for him today. Do we really need Ryan next year. Sadly I laid this jolly at a whopping 6.6 to end up losing on the day coming into this race even steven. ![]() |
