BJG was putting too much weight on poor Balmont Mast's back, now he's left him alone he is turning into a champion MischiefDevil

Best sprinter in Ireland is Balmont, or at least I wouldn't want to bet that he isn't

John Egan had him fairly ready ok......word was out about him for a while and the horse would know his way around Dundalk.

The trial of 25 minutes between races has been interesting; it would appear that they are doing their level best to clash with the only other televised meeting tonight.

On a separate note would anyone who has a contact with William J Fitzpatrick, trainer?, advise him to run Primalova over 6f. After 14 consecutive losing runs over 5f perhaps given the horse's style of running it might be worth a try over 6f?

a gallant effort to get the races off in time..in fairness they were only 15 minutes late with the 7.35...advice to dundalk..go back to 30 mins and stop making a complete fool of yourselves..

Were Dundalk under the impression that they were to add 25 minutes to the official OFF...?
