Shaneboy i have been an actual owner i would have you know, one of the horses was trained on the Curragh as well but i had little interest just a play thing to bring very hot girls on dates. Anyway mate Muirhead went 5/2 realised something was up, too much of a drift ! Call it my sixth sense i suppose if you wish but something was telling me to leave it and i am glad i did !

Anyway back to the original topic and yes Rocket many if not all of the racecourses could do with significant investment in infrastructure and facilities - however in the current economic climate I can't see that happening for a considerable period of time.

The money would be better spent on a decent watering system.

Couldn't care less about facilities tbh.

yes most irish courses could do with major revamp bar leopordstown however the money at this time would be far better invested in sales races and prize money for group 2 and group 1 races. Stop the excudeos to hong kong and reinvest in facilities after this depression/recession

Actually having enough stables at racecourse's would be a step forward imo.

I often wonder if anyone realises that the horse they have backed has been standing dehydrated in a horse box for hours because there is no bloody stable for it!

Yes in comparison to some of the racecourse facilities in the UK we are well down the ladder. Unfortunately, as SOF said nothing will be done for a very long time.

.....perhaps you should look at the forum a bit harder then huddys you clown as i have posted my fancy..however i do not proclaim to be a great tipster as i am not..i do not proclaim to be some superster gambler as i am not..i do not tell lies about living some lavish lifestyle as i don't..i do not tip up horses on the forum and then when they lose say it wasn't a tip..i do not start threads telling lies and then slag other people when brought up on it.....
