What is the story with this, seriously, there is an epidemic of this. it used to be bad but now they are all at it.
On a different rant if you live in a city and drive a jeep you are not much better than these feckers.

Hands down the pants fellas reck my head, especially when they're asking you to go into the off license and you have to explain to them that you can't on health grounds but nothing to do with the fact they are underaged.
