Thoroughly deserved, thought Tipp went overboard last year also talking about 5 in a rows themselves. Scoreboard flattered Tipp also.

If any of yee had to deal with Kilkenny Fans day in day out, you won't be delighted for Kilkenny!!

There fans are incredible smug, cocky and down right annoying!! I can't stand them!!

Roll on Shefflin's retirement!!!!!!!!

What's ungracious about it wildman? Kilkenny where brilliant today and totally deserved their victory, it could of been by and even bigger margain.
I was also delighted they won, the wager helped though Laugh

They have been a brilliant team for so long and it is great to see them win again in my opinion. That's not taking anything away from Tipp who are a great side in their own right.

Agree Kilkenny were brilliant but Goalhangers claim about Tipperary talking about five in a row was ungracious and untrue, the negativity he introduced was uncalled for.

Well done Kilkenny, greatest of all the greats, and they idled in front today.

No it was not Borneo, not sure exactly but one of the young lads from the panel said it on the news at the homecoming last year. I am not making that up.

It was Eoin Kelly who spoke about Tipps "drive for five" at last years homecoming.

That was said in a jocose manner very few took it seriously.

It was taken seriously in Kilkenny.

Yesterday was your day so good luck to ye,Richie Hogans goal will long live in the memory and its that brilliance that Goalhanger should concentrate on.That these sporting heroes are all amateurs should be acknowledged, that they have more skill in their little finger than those  overpaid injury feigning nancy boys that earn fortunes in England should also be acknowledged......now if we had Shane Long playing full forward..

Thanks wildman. Yesterdays win was the sweetest one for me for no reason other than that I didn`t see it coming.I think Tipp will be unstoppable next year, with yesterdays disappointment driving them on.

Tj Reid was the bizz when he came on, as much an impact as against Waterford in the final a couple of years ago when he got 4 points.

Michael Fennelly's goal yesterday was sensational I thought. Showed unbelievable team work and movement capped by a lung bursting run from the midfielder and an excellent finish.

It was Eoin Kelly who spoke about Tipps "drive for five" at last years homecoming.

It was Joe Hayes who said it and in jest ffs

Saw Eoin Kelly say it on the news at the time.

Kelly said it at the dinner in interview with Lyster in jest. ML questioned him in humour on Joe Hayes Comments.

What does it matter, 2 fantastic teams who if played 100 times would split it 50-50.

KK were magnificent on the day, Phenomenal tam effort. WD KKKatt Happy

Thanks Diamond Joe.....three fantastic finals and I`m lucky to have been in Croker for them all.
You`ll get allsorts amongst supporters in any county, but I thought both teams and mentors were gracious when beaten and humble in victory.Thought Lar Corbett was impressive in after-match interviews last year and the man of the match acceptence.I`d say its hard to keep a lid on emotions when you get there after those two titanic struggles.
