Well done WR, fair play to your boys, great to see an Irish team upsetting the odds. Heard the manager on Radio 5 Live just before 11pm saying they were getting (and needed) a police escort away from the ground, he didnt think ye would do it but sounded delira and excira. Enjoy the next dew days.

Lovely to see it, I'm delighted for ye, I look forward to the games, and at least if ye've a few quid, ye might be able to keep some of the better lads at home for a few years, I've always thought that the League of Ireland should be marketed as the place where you'll see the best young players in Ireland. I really enjoyed those good cork city and Shelbourne teams, I'm sure I'll enjoy these games as well. With the new qualifying system, the Champions League is not impossible either[;)], it is one of the best things Platini has done imo.

i think its great for irish football simple as...if other teams can follow suit who knows what might happen...if we as a part time team can do it ..the question must be why cant we ...i think we'll lose a few players after those exploits ..i'm sure big clubs in england will be having a look....
