jack: I am unable to log into my account for some reason. I'm 100% sure of my login user name and password but it tells me i am doing it wrongly. Is there any problem with your site?
Andrei- VC: Please confirm your username, full name and date of birth.

jack: Why has my account been closed? I've been betting with your company for a numbers of years without any problem. Please give me an explanation and not some mumbling about our traders decision, etc...
Andrei- VC: Please be advised that this was purely and simply a business decision and is no way intended as personal to you.
jack: What does 'business decision' mean? and of course its personal, if it wasn't, you would continue to allow me to bet with you. Isn't VC's advertising all about laying bets, come an have an account with us, etc.
Andrei- VC: I do apologise for any inconvenience, but this is a standard procedure that is periodically carried out by our traders, as stated on our web site; the traders reserve the right to close any account without obligation to state a reason.
jack: When will the money be sent to me and how can i check if the amount i am sent is correct if i cannot access my account to check?
VC: I have sent the 1237.25 back to your card ending on ****, please allow 3-6 working days to be received.

This happens all the time,if you are winning,if you are losing,you can bet as much as you like. |

yes they done the same to me, and like you say the annoying part is you cant even log in to view your open bets to make sure they pay them out if they win
