Login IP address details etc... Has anybody found strange ones from the UK in between thier normal IP ? Betfair suggest i was redirected by my internet provider , a UK one ? Not a complete idiot on the technical side here but no expert either but this dpesn't seem to add up. There must be some computer experts amongst us to shed light on this for me, no damage was done that i can see and passwords changed.

Contacted betfair and they say its to do with opting into their promotions or somethin along those lines |

That explanation you were given doesn't add up either BJG, i may be wrong. I doubt they would be telling us if one of their own were logging into our accounts.

Any IP address beginning 10.x.x.x are almost certainly Betfair internal addresses. Unfortunately these internal systems are occasionally logged on a customer security page. This is an issue we are aware of and this is due to be resolved.

That still sounds vague Benny. why did Betfair suggest to me it was MY internet provider doing this when it des star with 10 like your example. Inoticed it ws after i lost quit abit in a day andwheni tried lining on any lik within the site for 15 minutes itliked me straight t Betfait Casino , no joke. Out of order big time.

Keyboard stuck... i noticed it was after i lost quite a big bet or two and for 20 minutes any link i clicked on within Betfair too me to Betfair Casino. Out of order big time. The login did start with 10 and he excuse i got today from them defelcting their actions and blame were just plain lies.

when i used to log in to their trophy race page or mega minute page those log ins would register as uk based log ins. So maybe a change of your password to be on the safe side

for sure that was done straight away bt i am sure that wouln't stop Betfair. Thanks for shock Venezulian wins in the football i say, Betfair can keep their Casino links popping up everywhere afer stange UK baed log ins they try to blame on my internet provider knowing fine well what they were doing.

Thanks for the email Betfair apologising for the wrong info about 10.... Ip addresses, still doesn't explain why everything i clicked on went straight to Betfair Casino right after that login appeared out of the blue.
