Great article by Colin Byrne in Irish Times re Rory .

Agree wholeheartedly with his sentiments .  Let Rory get on with his golf and his life , and ignore the "journalists " who have been trying to befuddle us and muddy the water with all sorts of articles .

I have read loads of what I consider rubbish in the wake of Rory's US Open win .  Rory hits a golf ball better than anyone else on the planet  , and if the rest of the more delicate needs like getting the ball efficiently into the hole also works , he will beat most of the guys out there consistently .  They know this , they know they will have to up the ante in their game  , and hopefully we will all get something sporting out of the development of the situation .  Thats what sport is all about .
