(Evens) Limerick v Offaly (Evens) (1/6) Down v Leitrim (4/1) (6/4) Laois v Kildare (4/6) (7/4) Longford v Tyrone (4/7) (1/3) Armagh v Wicklow (5/2) (4/9) Meath v Galway (9/4) (1/4) Antrim v Carlow (3/1) (4/7) London v Waterford (7/4)
The standard of football in Connacht has declined a terror. Galway and Mayo yesterday was worse than the live action at Kingspan the night before! Pairc Tailteann is a huge plus for Meath, great record at home in the qualifiers but Meath/Galway clashes always go down to the wire and expect this one to go be close to. Galway face a problem that Meath endured highlighted by Kildares ransacking a few weeks ago and that is - lack of pace. Joe Bergin, Bradshaw and Conroy etc. The tribes defence/midfield was non existent yesterday, Mayo walked through kicking wide after wide. I think Tomas may have to shuffle Hanley back into defence. I'm hoping Galway can pick themselves up and we'll have a hell of a game in Navan. Up the royal!

Thanks benny! Mistake above..The point I was trying to make was that Waterford footballers were not disgraced in the division 3 league this year, they failed to stay up but beat Tipp and Limerick.

I cant see 5/4 lasting long, the last 2 games showed how good they are on their home pitch, maybe waterford are better but momentum and form will give them a few points headstart.

im on at 11/10..i know lots are backing london.theres a story that waterford wont be too bothered..big price move from pp.there must be some wedge on london..they are usually slow to move prices to that extent..

I'm going for Down -10 v Leitrim. The Mourne men should beat them out the gate, Leitrim will score no more than 8pts. Home advantage and Down will be eager to prove they are worthy All Ireland finalists after their not so convincing win over Clare. They made massive improvement as the championship progressed last year and I think they could repeat the same trend this year ; )

Last few times bar Louth v Meath which was a double header at the venue on the day the crowds have been very poor so the GAA are not allowing the games to be shown on tv.

Limerick should of had another couple of goals as well by the looks of things. But from 2-4 to 0-2, it's now 2-5 to 0-8 at HT. Offaly probably didn't want the whistle.

PS. Note to Pat Spillane even though he won't see that. Bit poor to write Limerick off the way you did. A team that have given there all for years even though they have their limitations deserved a bit more respect.

At the Armagh/wicklow game, cracking game of football, real end to end stuff the whole way with an unbelievablely exciting end to both periods of football. Am an ardent Wicklow supporter but I have to agree with Kiddo and I think they missed their chance tonight (actually two of them). Hope i'm wrong, but Armagh will probably be more focused coming to Aughrim than they were in the Athletic Grounds. Credit though to a great Wicklow performance and to the Armagh crowd who joined the large travelling support in applauding the Wicklow team off the pitch and I would like to return a heartfelt welcome to any Armagh supporter travelling to our beautiful county next weekend.
