The greatest aftertimer of them all. Will totally ignore how badly he gets it wrong many times and switch sides after a match. Has a very limited knowledge of european players and if he has not heard of them will call them over rated or rubbish etc. He is controversial and can be amusing at times but having no brain and a big mouth is not the greatest combination. I would like to see him on match of the day as he would waken those useless feckers up

A man who claims to be anti establishment and yet is part of the ruling elite,and as Scoobyknows says was part of the dishonest Lisbon 2 campaign.Nearly everyone on the yes side of that campaign was bought, from all the sports stars wheeled out by the government as payback for the favourable tax breaks granted them to Brigid Laffan sponsored by the E.U.and of course the bankers ,the legal profession and the politicians all gorging on Eoropean money.

Eamonn Dunphy to 'lead' the country? I have heard it all now. He wouldn't take his dog for a walk nevermind hold the country. I don't think he knows where he is half the time.
