Ed Vaughan

can anyone tell me where ed vaughan is from??

I was sure he was a Limerick man ...but was corrected last night at the dog track and was told he is a nephew of the top PtoP jockey the late Con Vaughan and is from Rockmills Stud in Kildorrey in Cork....he's doing ok....was told he started ovr in Newmarket with the trainer Alex Scott who was gunned down....

Another nice winner last night with JP Spencer......9/4.....Cinderkamp....went up to Newcastle, a pointer in itself,....used to use fallon before his troubles so if this stable put KF up any time soon be on.....[;)]

I always look out for the growing trainers in the UK from Ireland. Des Donovan is another one who has the odd winner here and there. Meath man Alan McCabe is having a brilliant season also..

Connie Vaughan, Bill Mclernon, Ted used to ride tommy wade's runners who else was there Mrs Hill.....great old days wildman......Nikki Dee was a bit later i think.......
