Hi everyone, just interested in peoples thoughts on these 2 and how there rated by the powers that be and coolmore....i get the impression seville is very solid but possibly not top, top notch where as Recital has more natural ability and brillance but has question marks concerning trip and ground.

Any thought welcome.

I very rarely write on the forum because as most people say its full of sad, rude p*****s with nothing better to do...remind me not to ask a simple, polite question in the future as you get no marks like the above hunched over there pc s all day. I cant happen to find a thread with my question, hence i asked it...such t wats.

Cheers tIy! Blush
My comment wasn`t just a referral to your thread.
There`s an Epsom week thread already there. There`s a Recital one there too. Wr decided to start another one this morning. sof did likewise last night.
You`ll find plenty of thoughts on the horses you`re interested in but nobody knows has any inside info or if they have, they don`t impart it.
I don`t know any person alive that is not a sad, rude p#i#k!

Seville ..Slack pace the last day in the Dante didn't suit, I reckon he will confirm places with the Queen's horse. Seville to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his father - Galileo's Epsom Derby success of 2001 in style. On overall view of the race it is a poor derby, like the Irish one's in recent times.

The question marks over Recital are not ground or trip they are temperment. This horse is an out an out mongrel and liable to do anything at Epsom.I have laid this hound every way for the lot and am not worried in the slightest.

Recital like to go left, and there is an eight foot drop in the straight right to left.  My guess is Recital rips through the rail on the left.

We won't know if it's a strong or weak Derby until later in the season. The winners of the same races turn up at Epsom every year, so right now this Derby looks as strong as 90% of Derbys that were ever run.

My own tuppence worth: I find it hard to look past the French duo. Pour Moi won a nice race in very impressive fashion but the excuses for Vadamar allow a strong case to be made for him. Fabre and Royer-Dupre do not travel their 3yo colts over to be a part of the big occasion, they are here to win and I get the impression one or the other will be very disappointed when his colt loses.

Backed Seville myself and hoping to have a saver tomorrow on Seville to win the race between the O'Brien runners.
