Did anybody else take advanttage of the Champions League, PP refund last weekend, they were easily found overbroke on the correct score market, easy to secure a profit on it, surely the risk management department must bristle at such a bookmaking gaffe being imposed on them by Marketing.

I had a quick run through the threads before I started this thread without seeing mention of this but and I take your reply means that this  has being adverted to earlier,I did post on this issue before the game on another forum and would you please refer me where else it was dicussed, because I am greatly tickled about it.

I don't read all the threads on here because it's mainly garbage. Powers obviously done their conkers on the match but at least Pedro getting the first goal and the 3-1 scoreline meant it was not a complete bloodbath. Had Rooney scored first and Barcelona won 2-1 it might have seen the share price dip. Anyway it was restricted to 100 per customer so unless you were willing to put in the foot work and visit 100 shops you were not going to make a fortune out of it but granted there was a free money opportunity there.

I made it the next day about 15c in the euro, but I hadn't got the prices to confirm it and was lucky in mistakes. If you an account or 3 friends with one, and/or were prepared to sit in an adjacent pub having a sup for a hour or 3 about about 3/10 of your cash is in the lay side. not a bad days work to get 15/100 for an all time moral, amount returned for 2500 and 3 hours scheming, €508.

Punters pal actually being the punters pal, priceless.

I'm sure there were teams of lads that went to town on it.

Put it this way, I haven't spent the night at home knitting tonight I copied powers market for which they bet Bulgaria, draw, Montenegro, 10/11, 23/10, 3/1. and I hope I am right on all of this but the Bulgaria correct score market for all quoted scores, ie all the practical market is 72% of an entire market overround to 141% that means for an uncompetitive and unattractive market like this you more or less can have in theory about 15c in the pound, an organised person could have got maybe 17c in the in the € a very liquid market.
