It's beyond a joke at this stage and makes any interview with him an absolute cringe fest.

pretty much all of us have similar mannerisms and would be shocked by them if we heard large snippets of ourselves talking. Anyway, Aidan has nothing on one of my old economics lecturers who would knit the words 'right ok' into sentences at the rate of about 300 per hour!

He's just trying to give himself time while he makes up his usual bag of lies.

If memory serves me well the "listen" thing has only appeared in the last couple of seasons,I can't recall him saying it before that.

I suppose at the end of the day......Most of us are not perfect.

its obviously a nervous thing id say along with the telephone calls straight after a race.Thought it funny when Ted said sure who could be be talking to they're all here?must be talking to himself he said and it almost did look like that
