was told awhile ago by a well connected man that noel thinks a lot of this fellow...has been running reasonably well this past while a little unlucky last time at gowran..anyone got any views on this lad...

Very upsetting as he had a nice future....workrider had it right as he was well backed and was sure to be placed after davy and others had given McCoy and one other a big easy lead......thrown clear I presume the Yawl man walked away from it....

i thought davy lay well out of his ground and was to busy minding ruby.....i think he was sure the 2 in front would drop away turning in...but sadly for him they kept up the gallop... a misjudgement shall we say....
