Impressive preview..which is the nap?
|
|
By:
Alpha Beat would be the Nap - Prince of Pirates the nb
|
|
By:
Good preview BJG ... yeah Alfa Beat looks to have a bit in hand compared to his chase mark ... The one that interests me the most is Dr Whizz in the 4.15 .... He looked like he was going to sluice in the last day in Gowran when mark walsh got the second last all wrong .... If that hasn t left its mark then he must go close off the same mark 124 .... worry is obviously the trainer but his bumper horse ran pretty well tonight some wait ....

Good work BJG.
Tawaagg 4.15 ..I think Tawaagg can reverse form here with the consistent Coscorrig. Paul Townend gave him far too much to do the last day at Navan. Bumper ..Burn And Turn ..Todays better conditions will suit. Second to Bog Warrior and Mart Lane on latest start both on soft ground. Meant to run at the Aintree Mares bumper. Looks sure to go close. |

Let the show begin ew for me in the banks race. Ran a cracker the other day.

I hope they revert to hold up tactics on Gentle Alice, she was v good when winning in Leop but was ridden to aggressively last twice. Of course if rain does hit the course it would help her too.
Kavvie, WPM said yesterday that he was happy the way MDH was jumping the hurdles at home but not sure was he back to form. I like Kaiser So Say in the 3m hcap hur. A mistake at the last robbed him of a place. His form in Galway last year worked out, BJG back on board and improvement from the last day should see him involved. I think Won In The Dark is a fair price @12's w/o Quevega. I think Mourad and RBB are flattered by their runs in the Stayers Hurdle as it was a slowly run race and developed into a sprint and the form is false. Won In The Dark's run in Aintree is reliable form imo. He rarely gets his ground and if there is no rain he could be the won to follow the fav home. I'd have question marks over the trip for Carlito, Luska(didn't get 2.5 last yr and got beaten by a poor horse over 2.5 early this yr), Oscar DD (good record over 2.5, not so good over 3mile) and VLV. The mare had a race 10 days ago and can be keen. |

Speech impediments shouldn't have fun poked at them, but one would have to question the wisdom in putting someone with a bad stutter on live television. I think Ted was trying to help her relax by asking her loads of questions. :-(

Was on Vic's Canvas there.
Why are the bends so tight? With the rain on top of quick ground they should have moved the rails to graduate the turn. |

I remember that cnut Kenny coming on rte last yr at Punchestown spewing all sorts of lies about having laid 10 & 20k about a horse in the morning at a price that never existed![>o]

Notice how they bring in an outsider to challenge the bookies?
The RTE lads would never rock that boat. |
