What is the general consensus on this filly. I had lumpy bet on her today at Chester and took some 20's for the oaks. I also backed her at Leopardstown first time out when in my opinion was given a very poor ride and would surely have won in race that is working out. The tendency to get of the bridle a little worry but surely the extra furlong and straight at Epsom will be right up her street.

i was well impressed with her at Tipperary last time.  Thought the further she went the more she motored and flew across the line.
More of the same today...  Mixed trial for O'Brien... Perennial bridesmaid All my Loving and a few Oaks also rans have run in it (iirc) but they started going to Chester when Fallon was there, i'm pretty sure as it gave them a good reflection of a sharp left handed track.

Moore on today is a good sign, what has Stoute got for the Oaks?  Havant maybe?

Can really see her tanking up the straight at Epsom, feel sure she'll be their number 1 and surely has every chance, for all that Blue Bunting looks a good 'un.

A beautifully bred filly out of All So Beautiful by Kingmambo. That pedigree shouts Oaks and she was very well balanced today and cut down the Barry Hills filly who got first run on her very readily. Barry always peaks his horses for this May meeting. Let's hope Ryan can maintain the p/ship in Epsom. Stoute is a good man to train a filly and no doubt will have something for the Oaks.

Completely agree gents, she really is a beautifully bred filly and she did it well there today. jair like you I was impressed with her the last day in Tipp and she's built on that with today's performance.

If you recall, All Too Beautiful achieved a lot in a short time in her 3YO career and it looks like this filly will do the same. I think she'll appreciate the trip in Epsom and she'll go there with every chance.

I'd say they were hoping for a colt with that pedigree, but still, she looked very good there, She might even be one for a St Ledger with the way these fillies improve, definitely a real stayer imo

Can`t believe it`s 6/7 years since her mother ran. I`m so old! Sad
Report soldieroffortune May 4, 2011 9:26 PM BST
Yes indeed Giant I can barely believe that it was 2004 when All Too Beautiful came on the scene as a 3YO and went so close there in the Oaks. A full sister to Galileo she was but no doubt you know that already my friend Happy

A lot to like about this filly Wonder Of Wonders, for sure she's got some character about her but also plenty of ability and she's a lovely well balanced type of filly - just like her mother who I recall simply cruised down the hill in Epsom. She'll go very close imo.

Jair1970 completely disagree with you in regards Ryan Moore this is a disaster waiting to happen. It is madness to have the stable jockey of a rival riding your horses all you are doing is letting him no the strengths and weaknesses of your horses and he will use that information to your detriment when he is riding against you.
Report jair1970 May 4, 2011 10:43 PM BST
Or he'll want to get on your horse cos it looks like a winner.

Are they not trying to tempt him this year? Looks like it to me.
Report jair1970 May 4, 2011 10:44 PM BST
Coolmore have a handful of horses in with Stoute each year anyway, so it's not like you've got Dettori riding for you.
Report wildmanfromborneo May 4, 2011 11:00 PM BST
I accept that there is a connection but there is no chance Ryan Moore is going to leave England.
Vincent OBrien made the same mistake in 1968 with Sir Ivor.In those days Lester Piggott rode his horses abroad and Liam Ward rode them in Ireland.Sir Ivor won the Epsom Derby in scintillating fashion under Lester and then went to The Curragh for the Irish Derby but with Liam Ward on top,Lester was now riding the stayer Ribero.Lester Piggott knew Sir Ivor didnt quite stay the mile and a half so armed with this knowledge he made it a stamina test on Ribero..result Ribero at 12/1 outstays the 1/3 favourite Sir Ivor.
Vincent OBrien would later say..There are two reasons to have Lester riding for you..One he is the best around and two he is not riding against you.

She will need to keep improving to win an Oaks but her mum did and while she was lucky to get through on the rails today in time to win it could be the making of here. She flew home and they were miles clear of the third.
Jeez what a disgrace of a ride she got the first day in Leopardstown. As posters above said Coolmore would want to sort out their jockey situation and quickly.

All TOO Beautiful.
I think that was a poor race yesterday. The 2nd had no right to be involved in the finish and the other obvious ones were well below par.
She does not fit the profile of an O`Brien Oaks candidate either.
His record in the race is 3 wins and 5 2nds. His preferred route has always been the Irish 1000 Guineas. All bar 2 of those 8 fillies ran at the Curragh 12 days before Epsom.
That said she has a chance and will be pass more than be passed in the home straight.

This Await the Dawn today.
He got a rating of 120 for that L`town win! I don`t buy it. Average race and the 2nd was giving him 7lbs.
Silly price giving weight today. Lay.

shes franked the form of mesariya from that maiden in leopardstown. granted she didnt get the run of the race but im sure the oxx filly wasnt fully wound up and there should be a lot of improvement in her so i had a little 25-1 for the oaks.
second horse also franked form in listed race in navan.

Trip is a bit on an unknown - 3.5f up from last time

Not much of a race though so he might still win it

Won't be carrying my money though

Fence sitting here after yesterday. Plain
I think the 2 dangers prefer cut.
As db says it`s an ordinary race, but how could you back it unless you`re in the know?
