dj when they mention mobile they mean by their i-phone app otherwise they would have said by phone.I spoke to their customer service girl and she clarified their position.I thought like yourself that bets through their tele- betting qualified but they dont.Its typical Spoils really ie if it looks too good to be true then it probably is.

No way murph wud i settle for that,they have either worded their t and c wrong by accident or have decided to backtrack cos of results,they stated internet and mobile only that is very misleading (being kind)by them,the word mobile instead of phone-is supposed to convey i phone app thats really bad form imo. |

make sure youve got the ts&cs right and if so threaten them with small claims court action, gambling comission complaints etc. they wont be long seeing things from your perspective

to be fair mp, unless it states that mobile = mobile app, then how are punters supposed to know. if theres a grey area, its the bookies fault and the punter shouldnt lose out

I can assure you i dont. I saw Leon being interviewed on ATR this morning and again on course this afternoon and both time he stressed offer was for ****.com customers.

Maybe its just me but i clearly interpret mobile as a mobile app. Then again i have 4 or 5 bookies a/cs on my phone including betfair mobile. I dont know why any one would ring those bloody call centres to place a bet. Used to drive me mad when there was no other options

I wud have no sympathy for anyone who saw a heading for a special/refund and didn't read t and c's and get caught out,but i just think it was very badly worded.
