I am off to meet some friends in the Burlington tomorrow at the Irish Open. A friend there has told me it might cost as much as 25 euros to park there between overnight Sunday and during day on the Monday. Is there any better options than this local? 25 euros very steep

Roadside Parking used to be free on a Sunday in Dublin, e.g around Stephens Green.

Pembroke Hockey Club, Serpentine Avenue, opposite the RDS.
A nice enough walk to the Burlington but a tenner would cover it for daytime parking.
If you were heading towards the southside, it's grand for getting on the main road.

If you are staying at the Burlington, I'd pay the 25.
Not worth getting clamped.

I think most of Burlington Road is free parking on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Certainly the part that links on to Waterloo Road is free.

You will have no problem on Burlington Road. It is never that congested.
