Anyone else having trouble withdrawing funds back to an Irish VISA debit card?
When I click on the "Withdraw" option in "My Account" it won't allow me to enter the amount I want to withdraw so I can't actually do anything. The box where I would usually enter the amount to withdraw is just a small line.
Betfair suggested that I change to Firefox browser but I still have the same problem.
I would appreciate if others with a VISA debit card could go to their own withdrawal screen to see if the box appears. Just wanted to check if anyone else has the same issue as me before Betfair come back to me again with another solution.

No. I only ever have one card on my account.
Just rang them and they did the withdrawal over the phone no problem. Don't know what the issue is. The deposit box works fine of course! |

just ring em up and theyll do it in seconds...
