By visiting soccer teams, i believe they were at Glasgow's Celtic training facilities during the week and have asked Bohemians FC coaching staff for some feed back before according to Setanta. Well done the GAA i look forward to better games gaelic football in future and hopefully in 2 years time the Aussies won't know what hit them with this appraoch.
where's the money money money ?? Forget about improving training facilities around the country and all that ! The GAA should be looking at how they can prevent our produce been stolen by Aussie. John Heslin another one for the future off to Aussie. At the end of the day its money these young lads are chasing !! Is it not time for the GAA to do something about this ??

Correct Rocketfingers it's all about improving and moving forward.........Dublin will return the favour to Celtic when they come over for a tournament in the summer. You can't beat the professional set ups these clubs have..............Just read a piece where David Moyes paid tribute to the professional set up at Everton in the development of Seamus Coleman from a raw product when he arrived to where he is now and improving. Looking at comments from the loi lads on here after last nights televised game maybe a trip over to a pro set up might be good for them.
Great crowd in Croke Park tonight and a sellout in Thomond Park........

Well Dublin went to Bohs so obviously have something to offer for a start, i know other county teams who use LOI facilities. The fitness is great it's just the skill we need to improve in the GAA Football.
Ah of course Moysey going to say that he is the manager there

Sligo GAA used Sligo Rovers training facilities Leitrim players same Louth the same with Dundalk facilities Both Louth and Sligo GAA met with their soccer counterparts to gain fresh ideas from ther professional set up. Dublin GAA sought fitness advice from Bohemians coaching staff as well as looking for motivational talks. Dublin were away in Glasgow using Celtic's facilities Shamrock Rovers organised for Meath players to travel over to their English counterparts to help see a specialist treatment dude. Ex LOI footballer Noel Hunt met with Waterford manager just last week to show him how players can run faster. Cobh Ramblers helped with support for the Cork hurling keeper after he came out.

Dublin were over at Celtic and will return the favour during the summer when Celtic play over here. The bohs coaching staff are doing the circut at the moment......getting well paid for it but they gotta eat and support their families. Sligo and Louth old news they have their own set up now. Dundalk and Drogheda wanted the louth county board to sponsor them. Leitrim don't know. The rovers one is funny.....The Meath team would be better known with premiership teams. In fairness Noel Hunt probably only learned most things when he went to england.....good move waterford. I believe a few loi players could help the cork keeper out by all accounts.

I doubt if Celtic could learn anything or are looking for the favour to be returned :D
Sligo not even a sod of turf turned in their YDC, Louth built in the wrong place and not turning into a good investment at all if my sources in the wee county are right ;)
Meath went to Shamrock Rovers and asked them to look at these injured players, they were told to go see the Man U man, United said no way so Meath went back to Shamrock Rovers and asked them to speak to United, next day the 2 players were flying over as VIP thanks to SRFC.
Pillar Caffery went and studied Bohs methods and had Pat Fenlon in Croker giving a motivational speech about playing to their max.
Shamrock Rovers manager Michael O'Neill same thing. It's great to see that they are embracing professioanl sports, i think you should be happy about it mate as it will lead to a vast improvement in the quality of game.
