James McCarthy to score first 18/1 and anytime and 13/2 v Uruguay.
He has been named to play just behind Shane Long tonight, now i know Ireland are up against it with the team they have out, but i believe we may see goals tonight. Uruguay had a poor defeat at the weekend away to Estonia (Although the conditions may be some excuse for that) nevertheless it was a poor result and i am sure the Irish team can create a chance or two against these. In traps last 10 games we have failed to score only once v Argentina. Anyway McCarthy is available to score first and to score anytime at 18/1 and 13/2, This is value in my mind if he is playing just behind Long and worth some sort of small wager.

 That`s a strange post rf. Did it ever occur to I wasn`t on here to post before then? As it happens I started typing at 1-0 and had to change it. And my understanding of aftertiming is when the result is known. At 8.02 there was approximately 120 minutes of football left between both games for either no more goals in Landsdowne or a Slovenian one to down my bet!!! COP ON |

Wise up Giant there was 2 goals scored before you posted that, the chances of a 3rd were pretty much nailed on. Giant surely you can't expect to get no abuse for that post mate???? :)
Unlucky with the North bet though did not see it all but the ball across the box in the last few minutes was nearly connected with. Saying that i seen very little of that game. |

Sorry 150 mins to be exact. That`s an awful lot of football in my book. It would hardly be the first game ever to start with a flurry and peter out. I don`t care if you believe me or not but all I know is that Long scored as I typed 1-0 and all I said was I had a small double which just became a single and I was hopeful.
You must have had a bad day to feel the need to call that aftertiming. Are you getting excited about Rovers winning the league this year. Always helps when you have 2 to choose from. |
