I didn't see anything too much said about the victory of What a Charm for Arthur......757 formlines after three runs..and up he pops at the great festival to land a big one...and some big bets....no questions asked.. just well done all ......But i suppose the Irish Stewards are lookin into the improved form....like when the REF misses an incident and we get what is now called Trial by Camera ..not sour grapes or anything like, just peculiar that you can do this at such a great Racing Festival...and it was a novice which is somewhat different to what we usually see with older horses being layed out for handicaps such as the Coral Cup etc...so question is was this horses form kept hidden to the detriment of punters ?

The stewards asked Arthur to explain the improved performance and referred the matter to the BHA, which is all they have the power to do, so I don't know what your point is.
