Very impressed with him at Leopardstown, but form hasn't really been franked and the ground tomorrow is completely different. Thoughts?

Looks like ordinary form alright. But so did his Navan win that`s why I opposed him at L`town. Hoping he`s one of those, better than his form looks type horses. You`ve got to respect the Mullins camp confidence after today though.

I was very sweet on him after the last day.

Hearing great things about So Young. Better than Hurricane etc....

The ground has to be an issue at this stage.
Someone stated here previously that the ground he won on in the Navan snow was like a road! Hard to believe tbh. His only run on officially good ground was his worst. Sad

Well I bit the bullet and backed him anyway. Ran very free throughout and tanked to the front off the bend. Not sure if he was idling or running out of gas when stumbling, would surely have been in the first 3 though.Sad

Pity he didn't hang on to it for a bit longer as it was in front plenty early and as the race was panning out I thought it was going to be caught before the stumble.
