There is less and less of us interested Workrider. I went up from Cork to Leopardstown on the 28th and I thought the place was half empty.Ive been to plenty Hennessy and Christmas meetings and this was the smallest crowd ever

i was their that day myself shotgun willy . to be fair i think the xmas weather had a lot to do with the crowd this year . but you are right less and less of us willing to put our hard earned on the line . dont think i'll even bother renewing my go racing in kildare badge this year . sadly the forgotten species are us punters . i belive ted said that punters have no rights , i wonder if he ever thinks how he made his name . if i remember correctly it was riding well backed horses . the day will come and it might be to late , when coolmore and godolphins horses are running in matches . how many punters will turn up then mr walsh .
