Leopardstown – Ticket Policy Information
Due to adverse weather conditions and the cancellation of racing on the 26th & 27th December, we wish to update you on the situation with all pre-purchased tickets.
Listed below are the different types of tickets you may have purchased on www.leopardstown.com or through our office, with an explanation of what will happen if some of the racedays are rescheduled.
ENCLOSURE TICKET (26th, 27th, 28th or 29th December)
FLEXI TICKET (any day of the Festival)
CHRISTMAS CRACKER TICKET (26th, 27th, 28th or 29th December)
You are entitled to use these tickets on any of the rescheduled days or if you are unable to attend you can apply for a full refund by filling out the form below and returning it by post with the unused tickets as proof of purchase after the event. We cannot give cash refunds but refunds will be paid via the original method of payment.
CITY DEAL FLEXI TICKETS
These tickets are valid on any day of the festival including rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend on any of these days your ticket will remain valid for any Leopardstown 2011 fixture. (refunds are not applicable)

WINTER WARMER TICKET
PAVILION LUNCHEON
LEVMOSS RESTAURANT
SUITE RENTAL
A ticket from this category has a seat or table booking associated with a specific day. Your booking will be automatically transferred to the corresponding rescheduled day. If you do not wish to attend on this particular day you have the option to transfer to another day by contacting the office and they will accommodate you based on availability.
If you are unable to attend any day, you can apply for a full refund by filling out a form and returning it by post with the unused tickets as proof of purchase after the event. We cannot give cash refunds but refunds will be paid via the original method of payment.
